Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the home is more than 3000 ft.² we will do an in-home visit free of charge. Smaller units we will question the client to get a good idea of what is needed and be able to give an estimate. We never give a fixed bid but always give estimates. We can limit the number of hours and call the client for authorization if we more time is needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Are the companies you were dealing with licensed bonded and insured? Are the employees trained? Is the owner available to speak with you? Has the company been in business for a long time. Check out their website, client comments, Better Business Bureau, other sites that they work for like Angie's , Home Owners Club etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes however we do customized cleans and prices according to the job. For example, repeat clients get a better hourly rate, clients who have their own equipment and supplies can be given our discounted rate. Move Out and Winston to be more labor intense them repeat cleans so the hourly rate is higher. Also for Move Out cleans more products are needed. Depending on the scope of the clean various products may be needed such as oven Cleaner, paint spray remover, glue and sticker remover, Several Mr. clean white sponges, degreaser, soap scum remover, special floor products, Chandelier cleaner, ladder work and more. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Before signing any long term contracts have the company do at least one job for you to see how things go. A referral from a relTive, friend or neighbor is always a good idea.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Check out the various companies, their prices, and reviews. Choosing the cheapest company is not always the best idea nor is the most expensive company always the best. If the price seems too good to be true it probably is not a good idea.
