What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing we do is set up an appointment with the potential customer, we do not believe in prices depending on the square footage, for us organization and tidiness plays a huge factor on the price given to our potential customers, just like our current clients, they are all unique and has it's personal price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the founder of our company, I personally have 19 years of experience in this industry, which comes along with lots of consistent clientele, they stuck by our side for over 10+ years, I've watched their kids grow and move out, my employees get a month long training , making sure they understand the rules and understand that we are a company that believes in perfection.
