What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can ususally give you a price over the phone since my unit is capable of grinding any stump. If there are special circumstances regarding your stump, I will be able to see that immediately once I see the stump and it's location. You will have a firm price prior to starting the work. Typically, the work is done while I am there, unless additional safety equipment is needed to protect your property.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the tree business since the 80's. I have been grinding stumps for the past 5 years for another local tree company.
