What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to make sure that my services are going to be a good fit for the client so I give them options and we discuss a plan on how they want to tackle their home. After I know what they are wanting to accomplish I type up what we talked about and give them an estimate. I am up front and open with every question that is asked and communicate with the client to make sure there are no misunderstandings.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes professionally for over 7 years now and was a lead cleaner and trainer for one of my previous employers. I spend a lot of time researching and trying out new products so I know what will work best for a certain surface or area of the home. I love to watch you tube videos on cleaning tips and tricks and really I just love my profession so it's easy for me to get lost in research about the cleaning business.

I charge $45 an hour at the moment. I will work with customers if they have a tight budget also.
