Janet H. says, "I was not sure if my wax seal on a toilet might have a small leak and to prevent any possible future structural damage from water seepage, I paid $200 to have the toilet removed and reset with new wax seals. This assures me there now is no water coming from the base of this toilet. Once the toilet was lifted, the tile around the drain was wet, but there was no floor damage. It feels great to have checked this out immediately and have taken measures to remediate the situation prior to possible bigger problems later. Adam was incredibly nice to work with! I have his business card and will call him for my future plumbing related issues. While he was here, I had him look at a kitchen faucet I would like to upgrade soon. He has agreed to remove the faucet and install the new one for me once I select and buy, for $250. I think his prices are very fair. Adam served in our military which I honor. He is quite meticlous, a good communicator, very skilled, and super nice. He is quite an exceptional person to have working in one's home! " Read more
