What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to your estimate appointment, we email you a photo of your estimator so you know who you should be safely letting into your home. One of our estimators will then meet with you and answer all of your questions so that you feel comfortable with the process. Once you decide to have us paint for you, our scheduler will call you to set up a start date around your timing needs and to obtain your color choices. We will then let you know who your crew lead will be and what time they will arrive on the start date. During the painting process, someone from the office will call to check in and make sure you are happy with how everything is going. Once the job is done, your crew lead will walk the job with you and make sure you are 100% satisfied.

We have been in business for 12 years and are always practicing continued education to make sure we keep on top of the best ways to provide our customers with a fantastic experience.
