FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To go over the yard and explain the different services that we offer and the benifits to each service

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Most of what I have learned is self taught or learned from working with other professionals

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

All of my pricing is done onsite. No 2 yards are the same. The only way to give a fair and accurate quote is to come out and see the work that is being requested.

How did you get started in this business?

I always loved working outdoors and find yard work relaxing and rewarding

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of customers from those that just want the grass cut to those who want full service yard care.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I replaced a set of steps going down to a lake that where rotting out. It took about 4 days to tear out the old steps and rebuild the new ones.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Never hire someone who is not willing to come out and look at the job first. They will under bid and ask for more money later, or overbid a job losing your business. Very rarely can someone get a bid right without looking at the job first. Its just luck. The only way to give a fair and accurate quote is to come out and see the work that is being requested.
