What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first time clients are always protected by our clean guarantee. After we have visited your home if it is not cleaned beyond your expectations we will revisit the home at no extra charge until you are 100% satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have years of individual experience cleaning for high volume high end companies. Many of which have been with us for several years. We believe in treating our employees as well as we treat our clients. At Seattle’s Best interiors we are like family. How did you get started in this business?
As a single Mother striving to make ends meet in 2002 I grabbed all the cleaners below my kitchen sink and started posting ads on church billboards and contacting neighbors friends and family. Before long the company rapidly became what it is today because of the great work we do. Typically when someone is searching for a cleaning service they like to ask around to find a company that is reputable and they can get an honest review from people they know and trust. That is how we climbed quickly into a multi-employee company because our initial need and demand outnumbered our team! After a Short period we came to grow into what we are today.
