Tip Top is a very professional service--with an owner who very much cares about her clients. I like the size--its not a huge company with a ton of restrictive rules and time constraints, but also not just a one- person operation. Ive had both and a small company, with an attentive owner, works the best for me. Highly recommend.

Introduce ourselves and have a walk through of the home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to clean my grandma's big three story house for 6yrs and was a manager of a large housekeeping company for 2yrs.
How did you get started in this business?
I used to clean for my family and always enjoyed making everything shine.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Thousands of customers over the years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always make sure they are licensed and insured in the state of Washington. Many solo cleaners are flyby nights and offer cheap services because they are doing it as a side gig. Be sure you are covered with Insurance if anything is ever broken in your home.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Always ask for reviews and before and after pictures of their work. See if they have a website to make sure they are a legit business.
