The business was started in 2014 after being a Personal Assistant & Caregiver for 10 years for a good friend of mine who was losing mobility. When he moved into a nursing home, I decided to take my exceptional eye for cleaning into business for myself. I've consistently been told by clients that I am much more efficient and effective in cleaning their homes, at a more reasonable rate, and with more thorough results. It’s me in a nutshell: “fastidious to no end”.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have cleaning checklists (Standard Cleaning & Deep Cleaning) that I created so that whoever does the next cleaning job, it will be the same areas cleaned. I give the Client a copy in digital form for them to edit the document in MS WORD and make any changes they want, areas to add to reflect the rooms of their home. I print out their final draft and bring a copy of their Checklist t customer?
o every cleaning to maintain consistency.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I cleaned a 6500 sq ft Office & Warehouse for 10 years, was responsible for the upkeep of The Flour Mill shopping center in Spokane, and just alot of basic experiences that after 50 years all add up. I also watch videos on You Tube for specialty cleaning I need to know about
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I've used industry standard guidelines for pricing structure and then make sure I'm even more competative from that point. I'm also always running specials to give my customers added value
How did you get started in this business?
I was taking Microsoft classes and having cleaning clients worked around my schedule really well. When I finished the Microsoft classes I just went full time
What types of customers have you worked with?
I concentrate on residential customers.....that can be anyone from a run of the mill individual to a corporate executive
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a company that can provide you with as many different types of services as possible, one with expertise in their area and one that understands you need to be competatively priced
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are you looking for? Someone to come in and clean your home on rare occassion to help you keep up? Or are you looking for someone to come in and take over your cleaning every week or bi-weekly?
