What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At first I introduced myself to let them know that they can relay in my service but also let them feel that they can tell me what their needs are. After that I'll ask questions to make sure I'm doing exactly as they want to, I give them details of how we clean and the products we use just to make sure they are not only satisfied by hiring us but to give them the peace of mind they deserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working as a cleaner for more then 12 years I stared as a housekeeper at a prestigious hotel and after that I was promoted as supervisor where I learned to be more precise and detailed . After that I stared my own business with the knowledge of not only cleaning the right way but providing the best customer satisfaction of what I do .
