FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We first schedule an estimate so we can come out to introduce our company. This is also so we can walk-thru the project with our customer & see what their ideas are for their landscape. We are more than qualified to provide ideas if our customer is looking for some help deciding what to do with their landscape. After we provide an estimate we will follow up with a phone call to confirm our customer received their estimate. We require 50% down to get the project scheduled & the final 50% the day the job is completed. We walk-thru every job after it's completed with the customer to assure they're happy with the work we performed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

**What budget do I have for this project?**

 - Landscaping is one of the most expensive additions you can do to your home. You will want to communicate with your contractor on what you're budget is so they can assure to accommodate your needs.

**Did I research this contractor before scheduling an estimate?**

- There are a lot of companies out there that don't do what they said they would & 99% of the time you can do a Google search to see reviews on the contractor you're thinking about hiring. If the company doesn't have any reviews you might want to think about using a different company that is more established.
