Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule an estimate so we can come out to introduce our company. This is also so we can walk-thru the project with our customer & see what their ideas are for their landscape. We are more than qualified to provide ideas if our customer is looking for some help deciding what to do with their landscape. After we provide an estimate we will follow up with a phone call to confirm our customer received their estimate. We require 50% down to get the project scheduled & the final 50% the day the job is completed. We walk-thru every job after it's completed with the customer to assure they're happy with the work we performed.
