What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with the client to find out what type of cleaning they need. Based on the clean we go over all areas and duties performed for that clean . Ask if they have any specific areas they would like us to take extra attention to. Offer our add on services to them as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years in Cleaning residence homes, move outs and move ins. I have worked for other cleaning companies prior to me having my own for 5 yrs myself. I have experience in Air b N B as well, as some construction cleaning jobs working with debris.
