I liked the straight forward approach towards listening to and carrying out my needs, from estimate until job completion. The technician performed exactly what was explained beforehand, in a properly timely manner.

He was a pretty friendly guy. I felt like he was trying to over charge me at first, but when he realized I wasn’t going for it and told him I would check elsewhere he bought his price down a bit. Really nice guy just trying to make a living I would say. But I too has to live after the repairman leaves
