What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

get as much information as we can from customers to know what exactly the customer need, give the customers different choices and let them choose the best option. Help them design their project an give them new ideas. Make the customer feel like we are friends not just a construction company .

finally, we agree on the prices and we close the deal

How did you get started in this business?

I started when I was a young teenage back in mid 90s. I realized that it was something that I liked. I continued learning through out the years until I feel that I was ready to start my own building company

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of customers. Every customer is welcome.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Customers have to do good research on construction companies before they hire them. Check for work quality, good reputation, office location, websites, google adds and reviews from previous customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Company, or contractor specialty to see if they qualify for the type of work that the customer needs. Proof of previous work, if the company doesn't have website or any google adds where the customers can go over and look for some current work performance.
