What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process when working with any and all of our customers is satisfy all needs pertaining to the job. Whether cleaning, carpet cleaning or junk removal, well ask the customer what they want and we'll work efficiently until its done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do home cleaning, we are very professional at what we do, We have a 5 star rating company, We are trying to add junk removal to our list because over the years of cleaning we've noticed alot of our customers have alot of old things they no longer want or need and they always ask if we know of a good reliable company to come get it, our answer is usually No, til we thought "Why not" so we are willing to provide that service to our customers.
