What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the new customer in person during the inspection and estimating phase. We will discuss their needs, timeline for the project and budget. We will help them in the design of their project and can even consult on insurance losses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this businees for over 30 years starting. I started as a project manager for new home construction. I went on to be responsible for over 1000 homes in many Hampton Roads subdivisions. When the housing market crashed I moved into the insurance restoration industry and for 12 years helped clients who suffered floods, fires, storm, vandalisim and vehicle impact damage put thier homes back together.

Every project is different and will recieve a unique estimate.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
In Virgina, if anyone does work on your home valued at over $1000.00 they are required to have a contractors licensed issued by the DPOR. The DPOR can help protect against fradulent contractors.
I recommend that you hire professionals who are properly licensed and insured for you own protection.
