    Frequently asked questions

    New customers will receive three documents about the cleaning equipment and eco friendly, bleach and ammonia free products that will be used in their homes as well as a detailed list of what is included with the cleaning of their choice. The third document is a breakdown of prices based on square footage and is meant to be an estimate only. Depending upon other factors the level of buildup and the number of pets in your home, etc.

    First time cleanings are deep cleanings and then customers have the option to choose standard cleanings and they are priced based on cleaning frequencies; Monthly or Bi-weekly or one time cleanings. Each customer once scheduled will receive a one week reminder via text. Customers will also receive a 48 hour confirmation for their scheduled appointment via text and they must respond or the cleaning will be canceled. 

    I was a professional residential cleaner for 10 years and I have a house full of 5 children. I have seen an array of small to extremely large homes. Cleaning is very important for your mental health as well as your physical. Having a clean environment can help you relax and enjoy being in your home without the stress of having to do it all on your own, taking away from enjoying your hobbies, your family, and things you would rather be doing. A lot of people suffer from allergies and maintaining a cleaning schedule helps minimize those irritants inside your home. I love cleaning and making a house a home for you. 

    Yes. Cleaning rates are based on square footage of your home and other key factors. 

    If I travel outside of the service area, I charge a trip fee. This is usually $25 fee. If you are further than 1.5 hours, the trip fee will be $25 plus $0.50 per any extra mile to your home. 

    I was an Executive Legal Assistant, I have a Criminal Justice Degree and had been working a while and then in 2020 Covid occurred, I lost my job and had to go back to working at entry level positions just to have income as unemployment was out of money and I ended up losing my apartment in the process. I felt completely lost and scared but I didn't let it keep me down. I had a thought to never feel that again and in order to do so, work for myself. It is hard work but I enjoy it, I enjoy meeting new customers and maintaining not only homes but relations with customers and their families and pets. I am a hard worker no matter what I do. It is the best decision I have ever made for myself and my family. 

    All walks of life. My customers are amazing. From stay at home parents, Nurses, Teachers, Doctors, Lawyers, Scientists, Military: Retirees, Elderly and customers fighting incurable diseases and they are house bound to customers who just do not like to clean. It is an honor to help serve all my customers in their homes and a privilege to help minimize their stress so they can focus on more important things. 

    I arrived to a customer's home and they met me at the door and before I could take one step in they profusely apologized for how the house was in shambles. They spoke about being ashamed of how bad they let it get between the cleanings and said they understand they could be charged at a higher price and were very apologetic. I let them finish and said, please never apologize for living. I am NOT here to judge you, I am here to help you. I never want anyone whether they are my customer or not to feel ashamed in their own home for how they live. The customer was truly touched and began crying. I understand how emotional people can get and feel about the presentation of their homes inside and out. Im a grown woman and still clean all day if I know company is coming, especially my parents. It's just something some of us all care about and it's ok. Reassuring the customer that day and taking the burden off her was ver memorable for me. That's what I love about my career. I get to help in so many different ways and it's a blessing. 

    I would look for the products used, I would also look to see if they have any references, Google reviews mainly because a Google review will not be taken down unless the customer would change it on behalf of the company requesting and even sometimes Google will not allow it. It is the most honest review system. 
    Customers should ask how many cleaners will be in your home at once and will they be the same individuals every time. Customers should be able to feel confident and comfortable with the cleaners in their home and in their private areas of their homes and not worried about theft. Background checks should be mandatory. Cleaners should be completely fine with cleaning in a house full of security cameras, if they aren't there is probably a reason. 

    The professional should be willing to answer any questions within reason of their trade and not be put off by any said questions.
