What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
By getting as much information over the phone as possible, and then give the customer a ballpark estimate of what they’ll be looking at as far as cost right over the phone.Then set up a time to look at the job. Come look at the job and give the customer an exact price and get them scheduled.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Most times I can give the customer a rough estimate right over the phone. I charge by the job with and signed contract in place for security on both sides.
How did you get started in this business?
I was raised into it from a child. Started my own business at 21 years old and have been in business now for 10 years.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All mostly happy customers from all over Northern Virginia.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Find the best quality workmanship possible. It’s more beneficial to higher some one that can offer you the best services.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The time frame of when they’d like to have it done. Materials they want to use, the colors, size, shape of the project at hand.
