WE treat everjob as unique, can't size all the jobs same way, but we have general rule and rates, which we go by, tailor the job pricing to the client needs, sdometimes we can go to historical jobs whcih is nearly simialr, quote accordingly
How did you get started in this business?
We had our calss "A" Business license in 2004, by passing the State of VA test, We also cerified GAF roofer, State and Federal registered Constrctor.

We have dealt with Home owners, State and federal different agencies, Gc's
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advice to clients is to look for the best credible, professional and knwledgeable construction companies not to the cheapest price.
