What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scheduling an appointment for a free estimate. Walk through the project with customer and possible better solutions for project or offer more economical solutions. Large scale projects require down payment upfront and later paid in full once project is complete. Final payment will not be invoiced until customer is happy with the finish product.
