What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is so important for my clients to feel comfortable before and after a scheduled booking. So I like to touch base and communicate quickly after booking is confirmed.
I like to hear what the customers wishes are and get a good grasp of what is important to them prior. It is also an opportunity for me to ensure my cleaning case is stocked with the appropriate tools to get the job done and meet the client's expectations ( exceeding expectations is my goal :) )

Look for someone who you feel comfortable with right off the bat. Go with your gut!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
- jot down a list of priorities and what they want worked on 1st,2nd,3rd and so on. Also, point out areas they prefer the cleaning technician to not work on.
