What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with a new Customer is important to me. I will answer any questions they have as it relates to the services we provide. All of my Customers know Operation Clean Cutz LLC gives them reliable, and affordable lawn care. The Customer is the foundation of any business success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in the field, and also believe in keeping my clients happy with the services we provide. I served in the Armed forces, and in my previous career you learn to pay attention to detail. That is important in the lawn care industry. Clients want good work ethics, and great advice when it comes to maintaining their lawns.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
There is clients or realtors that may need that one time cut, and we charge by Lot Size. There is also clients who choose to get on a monthly maintenance package to include weekly, or Bi-Weekly Lawn Care. Some Clients have the Company provide more than others. Pricing will always depend on lot size, and services the Client is requesting. We are very fair in pricing, but do "Quality Work". Our Established Clients know they can always call us with any changes or requests and we will make sure their lawn care needs are taken care of.
How did you get started in this business?
After my previous career, I wanted to open a company in lawn care to provide a service to make a difference not only with my clients, but in the local community as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with Business Owners, Private owners, and Realtors. I also provide lawn care services to a few owners of rental properties that include lawn care services in their monthly rent fees. No matter who the Customer is , they are treated with respect and we provide quality lawn care services to all of our Clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would tell the customer to get a couple estimates, especially if they are getting on a monthly maintenance plan for their lawn care needs. I would also ask another service provider how they operate or take care of their lawn care needs in rain, or weather that is out of our control. The reason I would ask that is due to so many lawn care companies that tend to mow in heavy rain, which in my opinion this can not only mess up the lawn with Mud Tracking, and Ruts but can damage lawn equipment. Keeping the clients lawn and property in good shape is what the business is about, not tearing it up.
