Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule a free estimate so we can get to know our client and their needs and projects, from there we send a detailed estimate for work requested and then we send a contract once project is ready to schedule for the work to be done
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the industry, so I have 15 years experience in the industry and I am certified in Retaining Wall Installation and Brick Paver Installation through John Deere University.
I was raised with a strong work ethic and taught to take pride in everything I do regardless what it is and if I can't do it 110% then don't do it at all.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is based on the project, but are competitive and willing to work with our customers budget.
How did you get started in this business?
I've always loved the Landscaping Industry and working with my hands. I enjoy creating beautiful landscapes, it's like art to me and it allows me to use my creative imagination. I also absolutely love meeting and working with people in my community to help either beautify their home or solving a problem, it has allowed me to build some amazing relationships.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of clients! Lower class, middle class and upper class! I love to work with everyone and enjoy meeting new people and building new relationships!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the landscaper sounds like they know what their talking about, make sure majority of their reviews are good, and willing to offer references of previous clients. Never go for the cheapest estimate, if it seems it's too good to be true then it is, they will either take off with your deposit, or jack up your bill in the middle of the project.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure they have decided what a good budget that they want to spend. Make sure to do their research on pricing, to know the general amount they will spend.
