What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with an initial client inquiry, where we determine the need of the customer. Proposal submission wherein we submit our estimate quote of the services required. Project launch wherein we commence in rendering our services. Progress report wherein we update you on the status of the project. And finally the final walkthrough, which involves the client inspection, and acceptance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in the business for 8 years and our experience in the industry has been varied. We hold different trade licenses and we are a licensed and bonded Class A contractor.

We have a standard pricing system for most typical service and repair jobs.

How did you get started in this business?

The business is from a family legacy that has been in the construction business for a long time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We mostly work with property managers, HOAs and homeowners.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

We donate to sports charities, sponsor teams, and provide support to schools.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

We urge clients to take time to check if their service providers are licensed and bonded. It is important that you hire providers that have accountability for their work.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Have a good idea of the scope of the work you need done, do your research and hire people you connect with. Don’t just focus on the cheapest deal. In our experience over many years in hiring service providers, you get what you pay for.
