We provide interior/exterior painting services, and support the closet industry by removing existing rods & shelves and repairing & painting the walls prior to the installation of new closet systems. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consult with the client by phone and provide an estimate immediately and follow that up with a writen estimate via email, if requested. If the client wants to proceed, I'll email a contract, set up a date for the job. Once the signed contract is received, I confirm the date and show up on time to get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting professionally since 2001 and was trained by a professional painter.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I do. Currently, I offer a three room special that includes the painting of any three areas (14 x 14 or smaller, walls only) for $700 or $233 per room. Ceilings are a set price of $100 per room, base $80 per room, doors $50 each, window sills $10 each. Prices subject to change.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have both residential clients and commercial clients.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Cheaper does not mean you will get quality work! We provide quality painting services at the best prices. Please, please...check the painters work, online presense, online reviews etc. Ask for pictures of their work. We fix bad paint jobs every day. Most painters provide really sloppy work and hope you don't see all the mistakes until they are long gone.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Identify what spaces they want painted. Do they want to include ceilings, base, doors and windows.
