We typically set a time which is convenient with the prospective client to meet on their terms. Once we have met we bring the process of figuring out if we are good fit for them, if not we point them in the right direction. After we have spent, sometimes days, adjusting ideas and concluding that the client is pleased with what we can offer then we proceed with scheduling the projects timelines.

am BPI certified and licensed as a building analyst and building envelope inspector. This designation gave me a partnership with Energy Star. BPI is the gold standard I'm energy efficieny specialists. We are the people in which the International Building Codes are writing after. Our inspections and knowledge of buildings is second to none. All contractors in the world abide by the International Building Code.

I broke ground in the industry with my father who was also a contractor over 25yrs ago. 

We have worked with home owners, HOA's, property managment companies, realtors and corporations. 

We rebuilt a deck which was originally built well. The decking was in bad shape but the joist were in good shape. We refurbished the deck, modified it and added trex decking to it all while tieing the handrail color to the trim of the house.
