About this pro

We have been providing professional residential construction services since 2006. We moved to the Bryan's Rd area in 2016.  I'm your neighbor.

Although, I have used a wheelchair for over 35 years, I have over 25 years as a construction project manager for the US Federal Government. In 2006, I started A Pair of Hands Contracting (APOH).  In 2019, I resigned that job to operate APOH full time.  I'm blessed to do what I love.  I'm Maryland Home Improvement Commission licensed. I'm insured and bonded.

I would like an opportunity to bid on this job and maybe the opportunity to beat your lowest written bid by another licensed contractor.

We are very blessed to be in the position to bring a family's dream to come true. In some situations a new deck changes the whole feeling of a home. A new wheelchair ramp can bring freedom.  A growing family may need more space.  And, who doesn't want a new kitchen and/or bath.  Just like having a new roof helps you sleep well at night knowing your biggest investment is protected. Or, when you buy your brand new home and have visions of what to do with the basement,  I'm in the position to help you make those kinds of dreams come true.  I not only enjoy it, I love it!!

I like the communication and the ease of financing. Also like the fact that the owner Rob stays on the job with his crew to make sure the job is done right.

Very Professional, our addition was completed when they said and cost us what they qouted. We are very happy with the work and would highly recommend

His communication style, fair pricing and impressive finished product. He kept me abreast on the process of building my deck start to finish. The entire team was a pleasure to work with.

Performed work in a timely fashion. Cleaned up and removed debris associated with the work. Did a good job making the repairs and improvements.
