What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a Free-In-Home consultation to learn about our prospective client's needs and frequency. We could make recommendations after listening to their particular needs and budget. At the in-home-estimate, we give a customized cost for our services. Our consultants are not on commission; therefore, there is no pressure to sell services not needed by our prospective clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is a based family business, my mother and I have nearly twenty years of experience in this industry. We both have worked for a well-known professional cleaning service for about fifteen years. I was the office manager and my mother the quality assurance supervisor. In this journey, we have learned the most important lessons of any service...customer relations, outstanding quality, and personalized service!
How did you get started in this business?
After fifteen years of service with a well-known professional cleaning service, my mother and I resigned from our positions with our previous employer and decided to start our own family business!
