M&N Cleaning Services is a family owned and operated business and have been around sine 2018. We take pride in treating our customers home and businesses as if they were our own. We also take time in getting to know each of our clients specific needs as every client is different. We are dedicated and hard working as we want to keep our clients coming back. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients are able to set up estimates for there home via phone, email, or in person. All estimates are subject to change depending on the conditions are sizing of the location. Appointments can be set as far out in advance as needed. When scheduling an appointment online, appointment must be approved before we send a specialist to the home. Appointments that are approved may require a deposit before we come to perform the job. Appointments can be set for weekly, biweekly, or monthly.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Each estimate the clients receive are FREE. Pricing depends on the condition and size of the area we will be working in. For reoccurring jobs pricing is typically around the same price. There is 20.00 trip charge for us to come out in our service area.
How did you get started in this business?
We started working for a company that did only commercial cleaning for about 5 years and then decided to branch of and do our own thing.
What types of customers have you worked with?
As a company we have worked with all types of clients. We have clients who are never really home but wants there home to stay clean, we have worked with top of the line law firms in cleaning there offices, single mothers who just don’t have time, or hard working couples, etc.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that the company pays attention to your specific needs, remember this is YOUR home or place of business. Make sure you are giving accurate information when setting up an appointment so there won’t be any surprises one they get there to clean.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What area they need cleaned and the condition. How much are you willing to spend? How long do you thing the company will be there since most people charge an hourly rate.
