What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to you and do a free one on one walkthrough of your home. This allows our clients to be extremely straightforward with their expectations. We can determine better if we are actually a good fit for your needs and if not we will refer you to another company we feel may better suit your needs and wants. Once the walkthrough is over we will give you and estimate typically within 24hrs. At that point you let us know what you think and we schedule you as soon as next day or whatever works best for your schedule. If you dont feel comfortable handing over a key to your home that is absolutely fine. You can be home for the first cleaning or designate a place where the key will be found and returned.

How did you get started in this business?
Ive always loved the idea of leaving every situation better than when you found it. This love drew me to cleaning, I felt like a fairy-god-mother walking into my fellow moms' homes and "bippity boppity boo!" leaving their home, as well as their mental state, clean and refreshed. As only one person I could physically only help so many moms, which is when i decided to grow my business to help as many people as possible.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with residential, new construction, apartments, offices, daycares, salons, gym owners, property managers, BnB owners, etc.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently were hired to clean and organize for a family who served in our armed forces and had multiple children under 10. They really just needed help. We were able to go above and beyond totally transforming their living situation. We spent 2 days (An entire extra day free of any extra charges) we unpacked boxes, organized and put things away, sanitized and disinfected top to bottom. I received a FaceTime on my way home after completion, from the owner a fellow mom in tears thanking us for "Saving her life and her marriage.". She was in over her head as a full time mother also working from home 8hrs a day and it was straining her sanity and in turn her relationships. THIS IS WHAT MAKES ME LOVE WHAT I DO!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Dont always go for the lowest price!
Being licensed, insured, and bonded and paying your employees fairly while also supplying them with workers comp insurance costs money. These are things that protect your home and everything in it and are all signs of a professional & trustworthy cleaning company.
