our standard pricing for a move out cleaning is base on the standard industry pricing. 1. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom - $75. Deep clean $ 110. 2. 2-3 bedrooms $ 150 and Deep cleaning $ 180 to $200. 1. refigerator - $ 50. 2. stoves - $ 50.
How did you get started in this business?
we got started by just looking for a different way to earn a living and tried this and enjoyed it and decided to start a business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
we've mainly worked with mortgage field companies that had very high standard like safrguardproperties. and some brokers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
one event that we are proud of is when one a broker we were working with was in a jam and needed one their properties dewinterized. and they remembered the job we had done earlier and called on us.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
talk to that expert and see if they have insurance and experience.
