Very professional and yet amicable

I had the best experience dealing with J&P Restoration. They did a fantastic job. We had a strong storm that had recently caused our roof to leak and damaged some of our siding. They came out the next day and gave us a totally different experience then I expected. John with J&P Restoration was very polite and kept me informed every step of the way. We were able to get a new updated roof and our siding repaired without having to pay a red cent. They dealt with the insurance company the whole time which was nice because Im working crazy hours. I would definitely use them again. Thanks John for your diligent work. We are very happy with your services

Woke up on a Saturday morning to water leaking into our home after an ice storm. John was the only contractor willing to come out on a Saturday to help us when everyone else said to call back on Monday. He helped patch the hole and, when the time came for repairs, he and his team did an excellent job repairing the roof, gutter, and facia board. I have no problem recommending J&P Restoration for help with your roof too!

This company was a life saver! I experienced a property failure that the insurance covered. The owner John took the wheel! I literally just had to answer my phone to set the appointment and answer a few questions the insurance had he handled everything else for me! Wonderful people! The work is exceptionally and done AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! The crew are an amazing group of men! Now this may not always be possible because every situation is different but the point is this company made me feel they were here with me through each step of the way, and that matters when you have a failure on your property and have to deal with uncertainties. J Restoration shows up on time. The estimate was precise. The quality of work was superb and the projects are always done on time. A pleasure to work with.

Hugo was honest, has great work ethics & provides a quality product. He has done many jobs for me. Just to name a few, he built my firepit, layer the foundation for my pool deck as well as stamped the concrete. He is very hard working and I will hire him again.
