The most satisfying part of my work is seeing a satisfied homeowner. Knowing that we have delivered what our client envisioned is always our end goal.
I take pride in the finished product. I know the concrete we pour will be there for years to come so it is important to me that the attention to detail is seen in the finish work. Although the "look" is important many of the crucial steps such as proper compaction of the subgrade, the correct concrete mix from the plant, and the elevation and slope of the concrete is equally important to me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually once I have received a call or text from a potential customer I will set up a time to meet. After we meet and discuss the project I'll ask for an email address to send a detailed quote. Once I've sent the quote and the client has indicated that they would lik us to do the job, I'll schedule a start date.
