About this pro

We are locally owned and operated home builder in Salt Lake City. We have a small team of highly experienced realtors, designers, architects, and general contractors. We are very financially stable and even kept our models open during the great recession. We pay all of our subs on time and have a managment team who cares about our quality and warranty of your home. This team has been together for 15 years and we welcome you into our family.

The real estate and design team love to assist in all aspects of building new homes. We offer accurate bids and make the process as easy and simple as we can. We have a checklist and offer detailed bids in an excel format. Most clients are very visual so it helps that we have model homes and a design show room to assist you.

We have entered homes in the Salt Lake Parade from 2005 to 2019 and won many awards. Visit our website at www.HardRockHomes.com

How did you get started in this business?

Became a Realtor in 1995 and started working in model homes in 2004. Loved new construction and had a passion for designing and building what people wanted to live in.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our clients generally do not want a cookie cutter home. They are looking for experts to guide them so they can build a home that is not only good looking but efficient and well built. Most need help with choosing all the interior finishes and turning Pintrest pictures into a reality.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Look for someone who is willing to sit down with you at no cost and listen to what you really want to build. Make sure they ask you a lot of questions about you and your needs. Have a list of questions ready for them as well. Get some phone numbers of real people to talk who they have worked with in the past and even better people who are building with us right now.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

#1 Have a solid budget and plan to stay on budget!

#2 Tell us your biggest fears about building

#3 Go with your gut at the end of the day about who you hire
