What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step with be a free consultation to see what your goals and dreams are. We also need to see if we will work well together. We can put together preliminary costs. Or we can put together a full budget if there are a complete set of plans for a small fee that can be applied to the overall project cost if we move forward with you. If we are selected to build your project, we will have a few extra meetings in the beginning to finalize cost, schedule and selections. Typically there are deposits needed for various contractors to ensure holding schedule slots and materials needed. Once the project is under way, we have weekly meeting with our clients to go over schedules and budgets. We have a photo stream we actively keep so you can view how the project is coming along. We also encourage project walks with our clients, especially after the home has been framed so they can see if like like various spaces.
