We jumped in on a last minute cleaning where the cleaners didn't show up. Saved the contractor because the owners were moving into the new home in just a couple of days.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are fully licensed and insured. Sometimes you can hire a single person, but they don't have any insurance.
They will be cheaper, but hope they don't get hurt on your property or break something expensive while cleaning.
