We usually explain the process and help them understand our schedule to fit thiers. Our goal is always to thier satisfaction and to listen to thier concerns on the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified and licensed in this trade for over 20 years and have worked in residential and commercial projects.

Every project is different and details as well and as for standard it's almost impossible because prices differs on various items.
How did you get started in this business?
I've been project managers for many of years and decided to go on my own.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked from homeowners to general contractors and other corporations that have assisted me into thier projects.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have so many and recently we just poured over 20,000 yards of concrete floor in this warehouse with double matted rebar with over 8" of concrete flooring.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to check thier credentials and jobs they have done and talk to recent customers they have had and their experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Of course thier budget and the aim of thier project of satisfaction.
