What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a no obligation consultation with all new businesses and determine their technology needs. Then we develop a custom IT solution with a flat rate monthly fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our organization has numerous individuals with college degrees in computer science, networking etc. We also hold certificaitons such as A++, MTA, MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, and many more.

Pricing can vary based on the complexity of the network and needs. Typical pricing range is from $75-125 per user per month.
How did you get started in this business?
i.t.NOW has been in business for 20 years, and started with the owners love for computers and helping people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with businesses from various industries, and specialize in helping folks in healthcare, attorneys, non-profit, and financial services.
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
We consolidated a clients network from 40+ aging servers down to about a dozen virtual machines on 3 physical hosts. This saved the client an enormous amout of money in maintenance and hardware costs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask a lot of questions. Find out about their response times, their structure, how long they've been around. Make sure they have the right tools for the job, and have the training they need to be professional.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are your ongoing needs for IT? How much time do you spend working on IT related items currently? Is it strategic for a business owner or key player that is not an IT professional to spend their time working on the network? Do they have regulatory or compliance needs for their business? What does downtime cost you?
