Jeffery also obtained his Associates of Applied Science Degree in Information Technology and is also working towards a dual Bachelors degree in Information Technology and Software Application Development. He also has recieved advanced Computer Training that aligns with the CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ and Project+ Certifications and has also completed Microsoft Training Courses that align with the Microsoft MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist) and MCITP (Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional) certifications.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Phone Consultation
2- Onsite or Remote Computer Technician is assigned to Work Order.
3- Computer Technician contacts Customer and completes repairs for the scope of the Work Order.
4- Customer is invoiced for payment.
5- *Most of our Computer Repair services also includes a 90 Day Service Warranty for the Services perfomed durning the Work Order. Additional Parts and Manufactuers Hardware and Software Resources are not applied.
