What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically they tell me what they are looking for I give them a bid I give them a price and a day when I'm going to come and do it. Then when I'm finished and they are satisfied, we do the payment.

Make sure they are licensed and insured.

I'm not sure about this sometimes people don't know exactly what's going on so they can't really describe which is understandable.
