Have a formal call then a face to face meeting to fescues work and price customer sign off on permission to work at set price after completion of work sign for complete and pay according to arrangement

add $15 dollars to price for grass taller than 20inches (if more than 40% of yard)
Add $25 for grass taller than 36inches
$10-$50 for shrubs
all tree services are bid on site
all landscaping bid on site
all brushhog services grass taller than 28inches(more than an acer bid on sight
