What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Walking the lawn with the new customer and learning what they want for their lawn. I dont just service the lawn, I care for the lawn. Especially through the hotter temperatures in the summer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in architecture/ garden design. I have worked at the San Antonio zoo as a Gardner for 10 years and I have been trained in horticulture for the past 20 years.

Pricing is done based on square footage of the lawn basically. I have very reasonable prices.
How did you get started in this business?
I love working in the horticultural world. I have a green thumb . I started with my first job ever being at wolf nursery in San Antonio back in 1987 and I have been learning and getting all the experience to help others beautify their yards Lawns and gardens ever since.

Residential and I also have a few corporate clients
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I designed a beautiful garden for one of my clients recently, just breathtaking. I also brought their yard back from being badly burned from chemicals used from another company. I was very proud of the work I did , but mostly I was happy for making my customer happy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
make sure they are using the right products for the right jobs. And make sure they are trust worthy
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
any and all questions, there is never a dull question. Best time of day to water, how tall should your grass be, and ask if the fertilizer has a high or low nitrogen count.
