YARD MOWING AND EDGING:
Small Yard Cut is $50-$70
Medium Size Yard $75- $130... depending on detail
Big Yard is $140 and up
A Big Yard is anything over .25 acres of total property space. Or over 10890 sq.ft.
Small Home: $ 75 – $125
Medium Size Home $130 – to $250
Large Home $255 and up
LEAF PICK UP AND BAGGING: Leaf pickup and bagging are in the months of October, November and December depending on cold fronts and freezing temperatures. In order to reduce cost to customers we must bag the leaves and leave them for trash pickup. Hauling the bio-degradable waste to the local landfill for composting has become costly. Cost to haul can be arranged depending in current tipping prices, man power, and location.
Small Home: $ 75 – $125
Medium Size Home $130 – to $250
Large Home $255 and up
FERTILIZATION: usually takes place twice a year once in the late fall and once in early spring. Cost is set up per application. Fertilizer used will depend on contractor but is usually a typical grade mix for high nutrients, nitrogen, and iron that get good results for almost any type of lawn including Bermuda and San Augustine. Fertilizer can be applied to grass, landscaping, and hedges.

Pressure Washing: Let us come by and give you a free estimate! We are prompt and will leave the estimate at your mail box, doorstep, or by email or text. We pressure wash slabs, sidewalks, carports, driveways etc...even gutters!

AERATION: can be done in early spring separate before fertilization aeration (poking holes in the soil) helps the lawn breath and roots to catch by allowing the water and nutrients to have direct contact.

PEST CONTROL FOR COMMON LAWN CARE:
Tri Service Works will use Bayer, Orkin or a Green Friendly type of pest control if requested. However, the green friendly brands are at a higher pass through cost. Spraying will depend on season and the bugs and insects your lawn, garden and people are having trouble with. So cost is per application and we can spray every two to four weeks as per guidelines. . For ant mounds Spectracide will be used which is the most environmental friendly but effective against the Argentine and the Fire ant. Spraying is best from June to September and in April and May. Monthly spraying will keep mosquitoes and flies at bay. No-one should guarantee a mosquito or fly free yard as it is not possible with neighbors and nearby pets.

call me and Ill come out to your place at your designated time. I can submit a proposal in less than 20 minutes on most visits, If you just want a basic lawn mow and edge or gutter cleaning, and or leaf pick up you will get about a 40% discount I am advertising with Angies List and on my website for first time customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience in facilities and ground maintenance with major municipalities like SAWS, Sam Marcos, Seguin, Carlsbad....As a retired utilities superintendent keeping major facilities well groomed and treated with the best available practices... I can assure you you will be happy with your new yard look.
