Please text any questions. $1 ea. square or $135 per pallet for Bermuda Tifway and $1.50 per piece and $150 per pallet for St. Augustine. Jamur Zoysia costs $195 per pallet. Each pallet covers an area of 450 sq ft. There are a full 168 pieces per pallet and they have an inch of topsoil underneath. Delivery to your driveway costs between $50-$90 depending on number of pallets and destination in San Antonio. The yard is open Monday thru Saturday 9-3. Water new grass daily for 30 min. per zone for 2-3 weeks. Once the grass is established, water once per week for 30 min. Adjust to 40 min. from July 15- Sept. 15. Fertilize every three months: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Valentines Day with Medina organic fertilizer
“Growin Green.” If weeds pop up, apply Weed-Be-Gone:
1 gallon Vinegar
2 cups Epson Salt
1/4 cup Dawn Dish Soap(the blue original).
It will kill anything you spray it on. Just mix and spray in the morning, after the dew has evaporated. Go back after dinner and the weeds will be gone.

On small jobs we give them a turn key quote over the phone. Large jobs we schedule an appointment and walk the project with them addressing all their needs and give them a detailed written agreement.
