My name is Bruce Autrey and I've been a landscape contractor for 30 years now in the San Antonio area. I was an art major at UT Austin, graduating in 1990 and immediately starting up my landscaping business. My education in art helps me tremendously in designing unique, practical, low maintenance landscapes that use minimal amounts of water but add beauty and individuality to your property. Water conservation and recycling is a big priority in my landscapes, and I've learned lots of clever tricks that help to minimize wastefullness and maximize beauty. I don't use poisonous pesticides or fertilizers and focus more on enriching the soil to ensure a healthy beautiful landscape. No work in the landscape is beyond my capabilities, and I will gladly take on any project including tree removal or trimming, landscape clean-ups and haul-off, shrub and tree maintenance, mowing, natural stone pathways, retaining walls and borders, and irrigation repair and installation. I also have a rich knowledge of what to plant and what not to plant in this area, including turf grasses, blooming perrinials, trees, shade plants and annual color. Lastly, I take great pride in doing the job correctly and making sure my customers are happy with the finished product. I can gladly give you a list of customers that will vouch for my honesty and integrity and superior quality of workmanship.
Being outdoors and making unattractive landscapes into something to behold. I really love to see people's reaction when their tired, uninspired landscape has been turned into a thing of beauty.
