What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ASJP = service ASAP. We respond promptly to all inquiries via phone and/or email. We provide additional details about our services in the initial communication. If our proposal and scope of services is satisfactory for a client we will schedule the date and time to come to the service site. We can provide additional information at any time from initial contact through the work completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
