What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prior to arrival I like to talk with them to see if they have any special cleaning solutions they prefer so I have them on hand. When I arrive I like to do a room to room walk thru getting any specifics they may have as to what they want done. Afterwards I share with them any other services including specials I may have
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an Executive Head Housekeeper for The Battle House Renaissance Mobile Hotel & spa for 5 years. I was the Director of Housekeeping at the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans for 6 years. I have had Covid 19 training as well as Eco training.

I prefer to price by square foot as it is the fairest pricing method for the client. In and around San Antonio I charge .05 cents per square foot for a standard cleanng. .10 cents per square foot for a deep cleaning. If you have repeat service I offer specials for that as well
