What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I give them a price over phone or through email if interested I usually schedule a date and time that works for customers all new customers are considered deep clean so the very first clean would typically be higher than any future visits deep cleans usually take most of the day and require alot of cleaning and then if they are looking for a reoccurring clean then depending on frequency you get your set price and standard clean on your service day I usually like to do a deep clean once a month or once every two but its too to the customer of course


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Im licensed and bonded through the the state of texas 

I attend siminars and training classes on a monthly basis and enjoy learning new cleaning hacks and tricks!!

I have a masters in business so I have a little knowledge on how to stay successful and keep thriving


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Yes for those customers looking for reoccuring services  there very first clean is always considered a deep clean which takes most of the day and requires alot of cleaning and scrubbing from top to bottom including baseboards and  ac vents and any services after that are always lower and that is there set price on there day for as long as they will have me 

I also do move out cleans and make readys they a typically higher and will always take the longest but I charge a flat rate of 400 for these cleans 

I like to service my customers and I never want price to be a issue I will work with my customers because money isn't what I enjoy it's my business and loyal customers and I will always give 100 percent and go above and beyond


How did you get started in this business?

I drove a school bus for five years and i needed something to do in between my routes so i picked up a couple of clients and then i relized that i love what i do and started my own business cleaning is a stress reliver and when u enjoy doing what you love there is no better feeling and seeing smiling faces and happy homes that is what i am hear to do

I have worked will all customers each is different and have different expectations i thive to met each of them everytime and value there wants and needs
