What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every home and customer is different i dont like to give a price without seeing it i can give you a starting price over the phone and then we can dicuss a good time and day to meet each other and introduce ourselves and then a walkthrough of home and expectations if we agree to a service then the customer will be put on sechedule for next available day and so forth the first clean is always the most when asking for reoccuring services

If asking for reoccuring services the first clean would be the most and then it will go down depending on how often the customer is wanting services
How did you get started in this business?
I drove a school bus for five years and i needed something to do in between my routes so i picked up a couple of clients and then i relized that i love what i do and started my own business cleaning is a stress reliver and when u enjoy doing what you love there is no better feeling and seeing smiling faces and happy homes that is what i am hear to do
