What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a Client calls we set up to meet as soon as possible. I meet on site and go over entire scope of work they plan to do. I take pics on site so I can use when bidding out project. Within several days I send the estimate to the Client and then follow up with them so I can answer any of their questions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working in the construction field for 35 years. I have taken architectural classss in high school and college. I carry my AED certification and have taken OSHA compliance classes.
